Jhair Leon-Rodriguez holds a PhD in Clinical and Translational Research and MSc degrees in Stomatology, Research and University Teaching, and Public Health with a specialization in Health Planning and Management. He is the founding editor of TUMI Oral Health, where he leads the journal’s editorial strategy in clinical dentistry, oral health research, and dental education. He collaborates with academic and healthcare institutions in Peru and internationally, and currently teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is based at the Editorial Office in Peru.
