Payment Conditions
No submission or peer review fees are charged at any stage of the editorial process.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has received final acceptance for publication.
Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, which are based exclusively on scientific merit, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and alignment with the journal’s scope.
